§ 10-45. Adjustment of sewer bill for certain water uses.

Upon written request to the city manager within ten (10) days of the last substantial water usage for the following purposes, any city sewer customer whose sewer bill is based upon city water usage shall be entitled to a credit toward his sewer bill for the number of gallons of water used by said customer for the purposes of filling a swimming pool and/or watering a completely resodded front, back or side lawn or lawns or vegetable or flower garden. Such credit may be extended to a customer only once per year.
