It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation who is not an electrical,
mechanical, or plumbing contractor duly licensed by Georgia State Construction Industry
Board to display a sign stating or implying that he or she is conducting a business
of an electrical, conditioned air or plumbing contractor within the city, to claim
orally that such is the case or to advertise by use of a business card, stationery,
publication, or any other means that he or she or they are operating a contracting
business in the city.
