§ 2-102. Creation of code enforcement board.

Latest version.

There is hereby created, pursuant to the Local Governmental Code Enforcement Boards Act, O.C.G.A. § 36-74-1, et seq., a local government code enforcement board in the city to be known as the Powder Springs Code Enforcement Board.
