§ 17-10. Spilling loads.

No vehicle shall be driven or moved on any street or highway unless such vehicle is so constructed or loaded as to prevent its contents from dropping, sifting, leaking or otherwise escaping therefrom. Disregard of this section shall bring forth punishment as provided in section 1-8, and cost of removal of spilled material.
