§ 10-2. Human consumption of well water prohibited.

  • (a)

    The term "well" is defined as any flow of waters from the earth in a natural spring, pool or a deep hole or shaft sunk into the ground to tap percolating waters, which is located on public or private property that is not controlled by or leased to the city waterworks.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to drink, devour or consume water taken from a well.
